Hwaseong FC will engage in special fan interactions at the B2 Atrium of Block A at Dongtan Metropolis Mall from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 3rd, during the upcoming Gaecheonjeol holiday.

This popup event was organized to address the disappointment of reduced fan meetings due to second-half away game schedules and to communicate more closely with supporters. Hwaseong FC completed all home games in the first half of the season due to stadium renovation work in preparation for the 2027 National Sports Festival, and is playing remaining matches as away games. Using this league break, the club has created a special offline communication channel to reach fans for whom it was difficult to make contact with the organization.

The venue will feature a large inflatable object in the shape of the club's official mascot 'Mas' and a commemorative photo zone to welcome visitors. Additionally, fans can meet and purchase various official merchandise at the club MD sales booth, and there will be experiential events using steppers and giveaway items to add to the excitement.

The stage program will be diverse as well. With dynamic cheerleader performances and recreational activities hosted by Hwaseong FC's arena announcer, the passionate atmosphere from the stadium will be faithfully recreated. The mascot 'Mas' will also visit the site and meet with fans.

With the event taking place at Dongtan Metropolis Mall, which sees heavy foot traffic, both existing fans and citizens encountering Hwaseong FC for the first time are expected to experience the club culture without hesitation.

Hwaseong FC CEO Song Jong-guk shared his thoughts, saying, "I extend my deepest gratitude to our fans for their unwavering support throughout the second-half away game schedule. I hope this event becomes a meaningful opportunity to repay your support, and we will continue to expand various touchpoints where we can communicate more closely with our fans."
