Osan City Facilities Management Corporation Implements Disinfection at Osan Sports Center and Other Facilities

[Suwon Ilbo = Reporter Seo Dong-young] Osan City Facilities Management Corporation implemented special disinfection at the Osan Sports Center, Segyo Welfare Town Swimming Pool, and other facilities it manages and operates from the 30th of last month through the 3rd to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus.

The corporation conducted disinfection using human-safe sterilizing agents at the Osan Sports Center, which is used by many citizens, the Segyo Welfare Town Swimming Pool which reopened on the 1st, and the Jungmi Multi-Purpose Gymnasium.

The corporation is also implementing infection prevention activities including mask-wearing by front-line staff, hand sanitizer placement, and installation of prevention guideline X-banners.

An official from the corporation stated, "We are focusing on preventive measures by ensuring that staff members are familiar with response protocols for the novel coronavirus," and added, "Through continuous monitoring, we will make efforts to ensure that customers using our facilities can use them safely without anxiety."
