Paldal-gu Community Social Security Council in Suwon Holds Neighborly Love Bazaar

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Lee Min-jung] Paldal-gu in Suwon (District Chief Lee Sang-gyun) held the 'Paldal-gu Neighborly Love Bazaar' in front of the district office on the 23rd, practicing warm sharing with local residents.

The bazaar was centered on the Paldal-gu Community Social Security Council (co-chair Kwon Nam-ho) and was held with the participation of multiple organizations including dong-level community social security councils, PSK, Saebom, Suwon Senior Club, and Green Umbrella Children's Foundation, operating diverse booths. Sales proceeds are planned to be donated to support struggling neighbors.

The Suwon Academy Association contributed through talent donation by organizing abundant cultural performances including violin and band performances, bringing joy to residents. Through promotion of the 'Paldal-gu Sharing Angels' program, it also contributed to expanding local culture of practicing neighborly love.

Kwon Nam-ho, co-chair of the Community Social Security Council, said, "It is meaningful to practice warm sharing through a bazaar prepared with one heart by the community," and added, "We will continue to carry out various activities that help the vulnerable and contribute to local development."

District Chief Lee Sang-gyun stated, "The bazaar prepared with joint efforts of the private and public sectors has become a venue for resident harmony and sharing," and noted, "We will continue to create a warm caring community through various cooperative projects with neighbors."
