Park Seung-won Gwangmyeong Mayor Meets with 400 Residents at Cheolsan Apartment in 'Asohaa'

On the 31st, Gwangmyeong City held an "A Very Precious Day of Meeting (hereinafter referred to as Asohaa)" at Cheolsan Zai Heritage Apartment, bringing together approximately 400 residents. This is part of Gwangmyeong City's on-site communication policy where the mayor and administration directly visit residents' living spaces to listen to their voices.
Asohaa is a field communication policy of Gwangmyeong City where the mayor and administration directly visit citizens who find it difficult to participate in municipal affairs to hear their stories. On this day, Mayor Park Seung-won of Gwangmyeong City personally visited the site.
At the event, residents raised opinions on improving living environments, including expanding children's sports spaces, expediting ownership transfer registration, maintaining pedestrian paths, and strengthening enforcement against noise from two-wheeled vehicles.
In response, Mayor Park said, "We plan to construct a basketball court near Chanbit Gwangmyeong Square along Anyang Stream by the end of this year," and added, "Going forward, we will review expanding public sports facilities so that citizens can enjoy diverse sports activities."
Regarding requests to expedite the ownership transfer registration process for apartments, Mayor Park stated, "To complete ownership transfer registration, related procedures such as completion of infrastructure and land donations must be finalized," and added, "We will actively cooperate with project implementers to ensure that subsequent procedures proceed smoothly."
Additionally, in response to requests for improved nighttime lighting on the pedestrian path between the apartment and Anyang Stream Road and maintenance of deteriorated paving blocks, Mayor Park responded that after on-site verification, the city plans to replace outdated lighting and repair damaged sections.
Regarding two-wheeled vehicle noise issues during late-night and early-morning hours, the city will continue joint enforcement operations with relevant agencies and plans to review the introduction of noise monitoring cameras to address residents' inconveniences.
