Pyeongtaek City to Recruit Participants for 'Life-Loving Content Contest'
[Suwon Ilbo = Reporter Seo Dong-young] Ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10, the Suicide Prevention Center, an affiliate of the Pyeongtaek City Mental Health and Welfare Center, announced on the 15th that it will hold the "2020 Pyeongtaek Life-Loving Content Contest" as part of its suicide prevention initiatives.
The submission deadline is the 21st of next month. The theme encompasses content related to suicide prevention and the promotion of a life-respecting culture. Participants can submit up to 2 entries per person in the contest categories of video media (within 1 minute 30 seconds) or written passages (meaningful texts).

The winning entries selected through the contest will be utilized for public interest purposes, including suicide prevention campaigns and promotional materials production.
An official from the Pyeongtaek Health Center stated, "We hope that through this contest, many citizens will recognize the value of life and furthermore become motivated to take interest in suicide prevention."
