Youngtong-gu to Select 'This Year's Best 5' Outstanding Policies
[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Youngtong-gu, Suwon announced on the 27th that it will select ‘This Year's Best 5’ outstanding policies that have greatly contributed to the development of Youngtong-gu administration among major projects pursued throughout 2020, and will provide an opportunity to establish sustainable development of district governance.
This Year's Best 5 for implementing ‘Young, Cultural, and Smart Youngtong!’ encompasses achievements aimed at normalizing daily life, revitalizing the local economy, and diversifying welfare projects, despite difficulties in normal project implementation due to COVID-19.
A total of 29 policies were received from 19 departments. Through fair screening by an evaluation committee composed of citizen members and public officials, the district plans to conduct a first-round written screening and a second-round performance report session, ultimately selecting 5 outstanding policies and 5 commendation policies.
