Paldal-gu to Conduct Land Characteristics Survey Through January 29

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Paldal-gu in Suwon will conduct a land characteristics survey on approximately 30,000 parcels of land in the district through January 29 next year for the calculation of individual standard public land prices for 2021.

The survey will organize a land characteristics investigation team to review public records such as land (forest) registers and various permits and changes in urban management plans, while conducting on-site inspections.

The surveyed parcels will be calculated based on standard land prices determined and announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and will be finalized and announced on May 31 next year after undergoing verification by certified appraisers and procedures for landowners to review and submit opinions on land prices.

A district official said, "As public concerns and interest have increased further due to the recently announced real estate public price realization plan, we will make our best efforts to ensure that land price calculations are conducted fairly and objectively through accurate and impartial investigations."
