Jangan-gu to Open 2021 Standard Single-family Home Announced Prices for Review and Comments

[Suwon Ilbo=Reporter Seo Dong-young] Jangan-gu, Suwon will conduct owner review and comment collection procedures for the 2021 announced prices (draft) of 230,000 standard single-family homes until January 6 next year.

Jangan-gu's standard homes number 495, an increase of 5 units from the previous year. This year's standard home announced prices (draft) rose 7.66% from last year, Suwon's overall standard home announced prices (draft) rose 8.13%, and nationwide standard home announced prices (draft) also rose 6.68%.

Standard home announced prices (draft) can be reviewed on the Real Estate Announced Price Notification website (www.realtyprice.kr) or at the city, county, or district office where the home is located. If there are comments, they can be submitted online to the Real Estate Announced Price Notification website by January 6 next year, or can be submitted via mail, fax, or in person to the district office (Tax and Customs Service) or the Korea Real Estate Board.

Standard home announced prices are scheduled to be determined and announced on January 25 next year after going through owner comment review and deliberation by the Central Real Estate Price Announcement Committee.

A district official said, "Individual home prices will be determined and announced on April 29 next year after calculation and verification based on standard home prices, so we ask that you pay attention to standard home prices."
