Mayor Kwak Sang-wook of Osan Receives Highest Rating for Campaign Promise Fulfillment
The Korea Manifesto Practice Headquarters announced that Osan City achieved the highest grade of SA (average score of 80 points or more across five categories) in its evaluation of campaign promise fulfillment and information disclosure for heads of local governments in the fifth term of direct election, demonstrating that Mayor Kwak Sang-wook's commitment to fulfilling campaign promises has borne fruit.
According to the results of the 'Fifth-Term Local Government Heads' Campaign Promise Fulfillment and Information Disclosure' evaluation announced by the Korea Manifesto Practice Headquarters on the 23rd, Osan City recorded the highest grade of SA in five evaluation items: ▲goal achievement category ▲campaign completion category ▲resident communication category ▲web communication category ▲and campaign alignment.
Among the 228 local governments nationwide, 27 local governments including Osan City (7 cities, 3 counties, 17 districts) received the SA grade.
Osan City is implementing a total of 40 mayoral campaign promises, of which 5 have been completed, 24 are being continued after implementation, and 11 are in progress. Osan City received positive evaluations for holding quarterly campaign progress report meetings and disclosing information to citizens through its website to fulfill campaign promises.
