Osan Selected as Top-Rated Municipality in Gyeonggi Province Spring Road Maintenance Evaluation

Osan has been selected as the top-rated municipality in the spring road maintenance evaluation conducted by Gyeonggi Province this year, the city announced on the 25th.

According to the city, Gyeonggi Province evaluated the maintenance and repair status of 31 municipal and county roads that were maintained during the first half of the year, and Osan was selected as the top-performing agency.

The city formed a joint inspection team comprising the Construction and Disaster Prevention Division and neighborhood community centers and conducted a comprehensive survey of 148.1 kilometers of roads in the city (9.7 km national highways, 13.4 km provincial roads, and 125 km municipal and county roads). The city received high marks for its approach of maintaining roads according to priority, the city announced.
