The digital healthcare conference 'DHP 2026: Breakout to the Globe' will be held on the 11th and 12th of next month over two days at Plenty Convention (Omnibus Park, Catholic University's Seongeui Campus) in Seocho-gu, Seoul.

Organized by Digital Healthcare Partners (DHP), a digital healthcare-focused investment firm, this year's conference theme is 'Global.' The organizers stated that they will address the overseas expansion strategies of Korean digital healthcare over two days, as the industry possesses world-class technological capabilities and clinical expertise but has faced limitations of the domestic market and regulatory barriers.

On the first day, the 11th, Kim Kyung-hoon, Korea representative of OpenAI, and Choi Jun-il, executive vice president of Samsung Electronics, will serve as keynote speakers. According to the organizers, this is the first time OpenAI and Samsung Electronics will share the stage at a domestic digital healthcare event. Professor Seo Jun-beom of Seoul Asan Medical Center, who heads the Basic Medical Task Force of the National AI Strategy Committee, will lead a special session on the theme of 'AI Basic Medical Strategy.'

In the following sessions, CEOs of domestic medical AI listed companies including Lunit's Seo Beom-seok, CheXpert's Lee Young-shin, 3Billion's Keum Chang-won, and CorelineSOFT's Kim Jin-gook will introduce global strategies, while Yangji Hospital, HealthConnect, and KaiDoc will share Korea's medical export experiences.

The second day, the 12th, will be organized as a startup session. Lee Hae-sung, chairman of AirsMedical, whose products have been adopted in medical institutions across 40 countries and 1,700 locations, and Lim Hyun-geun, representative of Gangnam Unni Japan Corporation, who increased sales 68-fold in five years after entering the Japanese market, will deliver keynotes. Sixteen digital healthcare startups challenging markets in the United States, Japan, China, and Southeast Asia will share their market entry experiences across five tracks.

The conference will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
