Notably, students and enterprise representatives were connected as mentees and mentors, deepening understanding of the industrial workplace and sharing visions regarding career paths and employment.
Superintendent Kim Hye-ri of the Suwon Office of Education stated, "The Gyeonggi Province Apprenticeship School is a valuable opportunity for students to practice knowledge learned in school at industrial sites and concretely design their career paths. We will strengthen collaboration between local enterprises and schools, and actively support students in developing expertise in a safe environment to grow as talented workers for future industries."
