50 Companies at Suwon Convention Center to Hire 300 Through On-Site Interviews

Suwon residents seeking employment should head to the Suwon Convention Center Exhibition Hall from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on the 20th.

Suwon Special City (Mayor Lee Jae-jun) will hold the '2026 Suwon Job Fair' with 50 companies participating. Companies in fields such as biotechnology, semiconductors, manufacturing, and welfare are planning to hire 300 people through one-on-one on-site interviews.

At the Employment Information Center, 15 job-related organizations including the Suwon Job Center, Suwon Mid-Career Center, and Suwon Employment and Welfare Plus Center will provide employment information, and a special employment lecture featuring a semiconductor company's hiring team leader (employment tips and know-how) will also be held.

Side events include ▲AI-powered employment support (cover letter review, mock interviews) ▲AI experience (personal color analysis, photography, face reading) ▲Job virtual reality (VR) experience ▲Resume photo shoots ▲Employment tarot readings.

As a preparatory event, employment support programs will be operated from 10 a.m. for vocational high school students. One-on-one practical interview clinics, aptitude tests, and mentoring programs called 'AJOU NICE Meeting' will be conducted.

A Suwon City official stated, "We will provide practical employment opportunities through job matching focused on specialized fields such as cutting-edge companies and welfare," and added, "By operating employment support programs available to job seekers of all ages, we will support them in enhancing their capabilities."
