Suwon City Offers Additional 5% Cashback on Suwon Pay Linked to Korea Grand Festival

Suwon City will launch a special '5% additional cashback' event on Suwon Pay to restore weakened local consumer sentiment and support small business owners in neighborhood commerce areas.

Suwon City announced that from November 5 to 15 for 11 days, users who pay with Suwon Pay at affiliated merchants will receive an additional 5% cashback on their transaction amount. This event is being implemented in connection with the 'Korea Grand Festival' (October 29 - November 15), a nationwide consumer promotion campaign.

The limit for the additional cashback provided is a maximum of 10,000 won per person. However, if all allocated budget is exhausted, distribution may end early even within the scheduled period, making it advantageous to take advantage of the benefits quickly.

A Suwon City official stated, "We hope this additional cashback support will inject vitality into neighborhood commerce areas facing significant difficulties due to reduced consumer spending," and added, "We expect it will translate into practical operational assistance for local small business owners."
