Mobile Guarantee Application Advances Smoothly...Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation App 'Eziwon' Upgrade Completed

The Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation (Chairman Si Seok-joong) has completed the upgrade of its non-face-to-face guarantee application mobile app 'Eziwon' and launched the service starting from the 26th.
'Eziwon' is a mobile app introduced in 2023 that maximizes the '3 Zero' (zero visits, zero paperwork, zero waiting) service, which reduces the burden of visiting business offices, preparing documents, and on-site waiting for consultations and document submissions. This now allows SMEs and small business owners in the region to use the service conveniently.
Users can apply for guarantees and submit documents via smartphone, and depending on the application product and requirements, go through automatic screening or consultation and screening by business office staff, and complete electronic contracts and guarantee certificate issuance.
Through the Eziwon service, Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation has provided necessary funds more rapidly. Following 1.46 trillion won in total guarantees in 2025, the foundation is providing 1.34 trillion won in guarantees through the end of September 2026, serving as a key non-face-to-face financial support channel for companies in the province.
The scope of non-face-to-face usage has been expanded from sole proprietors to corporations and businesses with joint representatives. Documentary verification and contract procedures that were previously conducted at business offices can now be processed online.
Guarantee applications and contracts can be made not only through the mobile app but also from a PC. In particular, even if the application is interrupted, existing input content and progress stages are maintained, allowing users to resume from where they left off on either the app or PC.
For consultation services, the AI chatbot 'Bojeung-i' provides 24/7, 365-day guidance on key inquiries such as guarantee eligibility, required documents, and application procedures, allowing users to obtain necessary information outside of business hours.
Chairman Si Seok-joong of the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation stated, "Reducing the time and effort required to use guarantees for busy SMEs and small business owners is an important form of support," and added, "Going forward, we will ensure that more companies can conveniently access the financial support they need and also receive practical management assistance services."
